I AM M3 was founded to empower and uplift youth throughout Kent and South King County by creating safe spaces where they feel seen, valued, and supported. Through mentorship, healing circles, leadership development, life-skills workshops, community outreach, and resource navigation, we help young people build confidence, strengthen their mental wellness, and prepare for successful futures. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive before reaching a point of crisis. I AM M3 empowers youth through mentorship, leadership development, healing-centered programming, and community support. We create safe spaces where young people can build confidence, strengthen their mental wellness, develop life skills, and discover their purpose while connecting them with the resources they need to thrive. We envision a future where every young person in Kent has access to a safe, supportive community that nurtures healing, growth, and opportunity. As I AM M3 continues to grow, our long-term vision is to establish Kent's first youth drop-in resource center and ultimately a 24-hour safe haven where youth can access mentorship, education, basic needs, mental health support, and pathways toward lifelong success.
