Meet Coriyana Davis

Coriyana Davis is the Founder and CEO of I AM M3 Resource Center, a youth empowerment organization dedicated to creating safe spaces where young people can heal, grow, and discover their purpose.

Her passion for serving youth began while working as a homeless youth case manager, where she witnessed firsthand the barriers that prevented many young people—especially girls of color—from accessing the support they needed. Those experiences inspired her to create an organization focused not only on responding to crises, but on preventing them through mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful community connections.

Today, Coriyana serves as a paraeducator in the Kent School District, where she continues to support students every day inside and outside the classroom. Having grown up in Kent and graduated from Kentridge High School, she is deeply committed to investing in the same community that helped shape her into the leader she is today.

As a mother of three, Coriyana understands the importance of creating environments where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Through I AM M3, she is building programs that focus on mentorship, healing, leadership, life skills, community engagement, and resource navigation—equipping youth with the confidence and tools they need to succeed.

Coriyana believes that the best way to change a community is by investing in its young people before they reach a point of crisis. Her work is rooted in the belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.

While I AM M3 currently provides youth programming, mentorship, community outreach, and supportive resources, Coriyana's long-term vision is to establish Kent's first youth drop-in resource center, eventually expanding into a 24-hour safe haven where youth can access mentorship, educational support, mental health services, meals, life skills training, and a caring community that believes in their future.
